Fine curly bleached hair... help

Hello friends!  I have fine wavy curly hair and recently went from dark brown to lighter blonde with highlights.  The process did damage my hair but not badly.  My hairdresser suggested Redken acidic bonding to try and get the health of my hair better and it completely fried it.  My curls will not form and when i straighten or curl it the end looks very dry.  Some have broken off and is only about 1/2 the length now.  It is much easier to maintain with gray and I am getting used to the lighter color.  Are there any bonding products that don't change the pH of your hair?  I started using Bumble and Bumble and while it is helping it is heavy for my fine hair.  I was looking at Kerastase or Kevin Murphy.  Any suggestions?  I would like to be able to wear my hair both curly and straight.  Thank you!

I’ve got loose curls that I dye regularly no bleach, I live in sunny climate though and spend time sailing in summer so hair really need good nourishment. I loveloaplex! All the products. Also try to minimize using shampoo , it’s good to get your hair used to washing conditioner and no wash days. I wash mine 2twice a week and use washing conditioner as often as I can . These were recommendations from my hair dresser who specializes in curls my favorite is unwash brand, also try to dry your hair with a t shirt instead of towel and boar brush before you wash your hair to distribute scalp oils evenly before wash works wonders.
