Dry, split end hair

My hair seems to always be so dry and no matter how much I trim my hair, The split ends just won't go away. I tried using an organic shampoo and conditioner and not using any heat on my hair but it's still split ended. Does anyone recommend something to get long, healthy hair?

I recently switched over to Verb Ghost Shampoo, conditioner and oil. I have to say I'm so impressed! My hair is shinny and healthy. Very impressed. One tip I will recommend for you with any conditioner : let it sit in your hair for a while. it makes a huge difference. I actually purchased a shower cap. I first shampoo, then conditioner, then put itup in there and take the rest of my shower before rinsing it out. I also take some hair supplement vitamins BTW I have long, thick straight hair
