Dry Scalp

Why do I have this problem, it’s as if once I think it’s gone for good it comes back. How can I fix it, is there a treatment?

I recommend the Moroccanoil Dry Scalp Treatment 1.5 oz/ 45 mLI have found this works great and does not leave my hair greasy afterward. I hope this helps!
