Any recommendations for mainly dry hair and also frizz hair ? Products, routine? Etc

I also have similar hair concerns, and while I'm still figuring out a whole routine, so far I have found leave in conditioners to be super beneficial. Personally I like OUAI Detangling and Frizz Fighting Leave In Conditioner 4.7 oz/ 140 mL but there are lots of good ones out there.

@flower888 I like to use a scalp oil in between washes. My current favourite is OUAI Hydrating Scalp Serum for Healthy, Fuller Looking Hair 2 oz / 60 mL . After all, healthy hair starta at the scalp! I try not to wash my hair daily. I like to use Kérastase Nutritive 8H Magic Night Serum Hydrating Treatment for Dry Hair 3.04 oz / 90 ml as a night mask to refresh hair (it has a fresh scent to it) and i will brush it through my hair the next day and it leaves my hair feeling soft.
