Damaged hair

My hair has split ends, feels and looks dry and overall damaged. It also has stopped growing as much. I have tried so many things I also use Olaplex 3-7 and just don’t feel or see a difference. I have been losing a lot of hair my hair is starting to thin too. I need help and don’t know what products to use or what to do anymore. HELP

For the thinning: You can either pick up a starter kit from Bosley (shampoo/ cond/scalp treatment) of just pick up a bottle of Rogaine (Minoxidil). The Bosley scalp treatment contains minoxidil anyway, so it’s up to you. It’s the only topical ingredient that will promote hair growth. 

Dryness: Olaplex does not address moisture or protein needs, that’s why your hair still feels dry. Add a moisture mask such as Oribe Signature Moisture Hair Mask 5.9 oz/ 175 mL  or Briogeo Be Gentle, Be Kind™ Avocado + Kiwi Mega Moisture Superfoods Hair Mask 8.0 oz/ 240 mL
