Anyone have experiences with pure rosemary water?

I've noticed that some girls are documenting their hair growth journey specifically with rosemary water.

I have some hair loss problems (it falls out) and think this is something I'd like to try, but currently I am on a very unbalanced treatment plan with supplements (not biotin), a wash treatment with a drugstore zinc shampoo and occasionally sneaking in Ouai Detox Shampoo once a week, where I wash hair every 2 or 3 days. I am still using the Ordinary's Hair Serum but that hasn't done much, and might be making it worse even.

If I add rosemary water into the routine, is that going to be too much for my scalp to handle?

@LenZzi I don't have any experience with pure rosemary water, but I have used rosemary-containing hair products with good results: L'oreal EverPure Volume shampoo,JVN Complete Pre-Wash Scalp & Hair Strengthening Treatment Oil 1.7 oz/ 50 mL & Bumble and bumble Prep 8 oz/ 250 mL . I think the Fable and Mane products also have rosemary.
