Advice for Gisou hair infused hair repair serum

I don’t buy this hair serum, but I did try it in Sephora. It smelled nice, but I wonder what are benefits for using this hair serum ? 

How can anyone like me would use this hair serum in another way as the hair treatment steps if we don’t have any electrical outlets in bathroom and other room areas at home ? 

Can I use it if my hair is unproblematic? Can I use it if my hair is damaged and is stuck with chlorine from swimming in the swimming pool ?
