Hello there, ladies and gents!

Keeping in line with all the fun and interactive threads asking about your most recent halls, items you have your eyes on, what you're currently wearing, what's your hair routine, and more, I've decide to branch out and ask:

"What's on your plate?"

The beauty world doesn't just stop at skin care and cosmetics, it also goes hand in hand with your overall health and well-being, so with that, I'm curious to see what we're all chowing down and snacking on be it for breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, or inbetween!

For those with apps that help count calories or to those who just want to keep a log, here's a place to share, possibly find and share some recipes, and even tips on maintaining a balanced diet.

Don't just share food items, but even drinks! I'm a huge fan of tea and at least have a cup of green tea a day (anti-oxidants) and drink plenty of water.

For lunch today, I had:

-Brown rice

-Steamed egg

-Steamed red snapper with green onion, sesame oil, and black pepper

-Gai lan (it's a type of Chinese vegetable/greens)

Now, tell me, Beauty Talk world, what do you have? 😄

@Ispend2much6 you reminded me how delicious garlic pasta is so I needed to cook it after seeing your beautiful picture! 😋🤗  Pretty soon @Skunk12puzzola @will be able to cook it as well using her own grown garlic!! 😃

I didn’t have any pasta to choose from so I used the same from the other day 😅

I'm a little anxious tbh, I don't want to mess it up with something during the process because it will be a long one (I read some articles that say it needs 9 months for 🧄 to grow) @Saradestin

Yes, that’s a long time @Skunk12puzzola . But garlic looks quite hard and resistant. I think that the only risk would be over watering. You will do great!

@Saradestin  Beautiful!!  I realized my oil was rancid after I ate the pasta.  No wonder I didn't really like it! lol

Oh no @Ispend2much6 !! So sad! I use my olive oil so much that it doesn’t have time to get  rancid but if it did, it would ruin the whole meal for sure 😓

Just wanted to let you guys know that my garlic has started to sprout yesterday. I planted it in late January, so it's been 2 full months of waiting 🧄🌱💞

@Ispend2much6 @Saradestin Quick update 🧄: I had to take 1 of the new sprouts out because it wasn't growing much. It doesn't have roots and it's all mushy. No mold. The other 2 are doing ok 🤞💕🤞
