What are you watching? (Don't be a spoil sport - spoiler your spoilers)

We're blabbing about everything else these days, I figured I'd check in and see what people are watching when it comes to TV shows and movies!

It would be foolish to think that this thread could remain spoiler free, so let's be courteous to one another and be sure to spoiler your spoilers. If you don't know how, it's that super adorable little yellow button on the toolbar, located to the right of the bold/italic/underline/strikeout buttons. 

DONT FORGET: If you happen to be the most recent post, your first sentence or two of your post will show up EVEN IF ITS IN A SPOILER. So please take care if you're going to go dropping spoiler bombs. 

Anywho... I just saw the movie PHOENIX last night and it was absolutely spectacular. Like Academy Award spectacular. If you're fortunate enough have showings in your area, I cannot urge you enough to go see it.

Hi @etscore1 !!! Hollywood is dead . I only watch old movies.  Right now my favorite is Ed Wood. It has Johnny Depp in it . Ed Wood was a crossdressing movie director surrounded by a bunch of degenerate's yet lovable characters.  Reminds me of my life. I recommend this movie.  Enjoy!!

Highly recommend "American Primeval" and "Godless" on Netflix. 

I binged all available "Yellowjackets" and I'd say it's "good."

Watched "Horizon: An American Saga Chapter One" on Netflix...it would have been better as a miniseries.   It was episodic and didn't let you know enough about the characters.   I think their stories will converge more in Chapter Two.

Finally watched "Blackfish" on Netflix.  Very sad.  Reminded me of "An Apology to Elephants" which I also recommend.

I just finished watching Ted Lasso. I loved it. I am currently watching Dexter (Original Sin).

@Mellmars1185 I like feel good comedies. I can't do The Office, it's so mean lol Parks and Rec, New Girl, and Brooklyn 99 are some of my other favorites. There's something particularly endearing about Ted Lasso, though.

if you have Paramount+, I recommend this. I haven’t finished the season yet but it’s great so far. Billy Bob Thornton is excellent in this.

There are a couple other shows on Paramount+ I've been interested in; maybe it's time to subscribe to it @blackkitty2014. That's a pretty solid cast they have too.

@itsfi  We have Netflix, Sling, Prime, Max (aka HBO) and recently Hulu and Disney+ and I personally think the only streaming service worth the money is Paramount+. They have good shows. And maybe you should subscribe because 1923 season 2 is coming this February. 1923 is another one I strongly recommend.1923 has good acting, good story and very attractive cast😘

We finished watching The Perfect Couple.  It may have been on Peacock but I am not sure.  So many streaming channels 🙃🙃.   But I really liked it!  Nicole Kidman continues to be a joy to watch.  The female detective reminded us of Columbo.  But I may have dated myself 😉.  The story keeps getting better and better with each episode 👍
