The holidays are going to be strange this year. Many people, including myself, are unable to celebrate with family or simply the way they want to. On the news this morning they were discussing that many people are decorating early because they feel they need cheer. I put my tree up a couple days ago. I was thinking it would be nice to see other people's decorations and spread the cheer. I am NOT just talking about Christmas. I consider myself mostly Jewish but grew up celebrating many holidays and have a Christmas tree of my own. So no pressure in terms of holiday or religion. Whatever you want to share. I finished putting the details on my tree today.
Haha @Ispend2much6 glad the top turned up. Can't wait to see it decorated!
@Ispend2much6 It's still a good tree without the top. Did you end up finding it?
@SportyGirly125 Thanks! Yes, my husband did. It was in a regular white trash bag- we're really fortunate it wasn't thrown out!
Here's our tree. We went big in the big house and have tons more ornaments for it but only did some cause we still don't completely trust the boys. And they'd be really sad if they broke one.
Your tree is beautiful! I like the bow!
@ShortErica I love that bow topper! I've never seen that before.
It doesn't have a traditional topper attachment but we are able to wrap it on @Ispend2much6 so it works!
@ShortErica your tree reminds me of the ones I grew up with 🎅. I think it's the multi colored lights that are taking me back as we always had those pretty lights and the huge garland that only the 80's-90's could love lol. I love this it's so festive and pretty especially that bow!
Yep, my husband and I have kept the same style as what we grew up with as children @niki172. 80s and 90s 😂
I love the bow, @ShortErica! It looks so festive!
@ShortErica - Your tree is very pretty! I really like the bow! ❄☃️🎄🎁
Edit: The bow is a great compromise too! 💖💖💖
