Tea with lemon, honey and a shot of whiskey is my go-to cold fix, @lyravega!  Mulled wine or gluhwein with oranges sounds good, too!❤️❤️❤️

Oh, it's not your regular mulled wine. But, I suppose it is a variation of it, though. I just can't call it that because it is different. You need to caramelize sugar first ( very important step ), then add wine ( I prefer it made with white wine ) and some water to it. Heat it through, but no boiling. And then add some cloves and cinnamon ( which also have some cold fighting benefits ) at the end . That's it. It is the most effective if taken when you feel the first signs of nasties trying to bring you down.

We also make something similar with... type of fruit brandy, I guess.
