Thank you so much, @veronika23 and @mezzotown88, soup is really the best. I've been having fun making all my different recipes in rotation so yesterday's batch has time to sit in the fridge overnite, which seems to make the flavors more intense. So today I'll make Potato-Leek and eat tomorrow with some fresh Rotis.
