How do you find out how many chats you’ve answered @ZombieMetroAnt?

When you click on the Chat bubble, select the convo icon and then it take you to your name and it'll reflect how many chats were answered.

If you click on your screen name it opens this little window and it shows the same info in bigger font.  Now, in my case, it says I've "helped" 3 people:

...but that's a bit generous because I don't know if my responses actually helped anyone
