Here in Texas, every day is taco day. 😃 I have to stop myself from buying breakfast tacos every single day, so I limit myself to twice a week.

But when it comes to Mexican or Tex-Mex, I am currently obsessed with pambazo (or tacos in sandwich form).

We take taco Tuesday pretty seriously around here too:) they go great with tequila!

I have leftovers, which I will consume today, so I'm back on track in following the rule!

I don't think anyone has ever been penalized for eating tacos on a Monday;) you're safe!  And mmmmmmm, leftovers! Tacos make the best leftovers!  You can mix it up and make a taco salad or just like, eat more tacos!!!!

I want to thank two very special BT ladies. I was having a really difficult and stressful day. When I checked my mail there were two packages inside!
