Shall I ask what the consensus is re. the 'Best Hair Ever' (Helpful hints) Contest that is being held this month? It is a very busy thread.

I wonder if the 15 Winners are chosen by an algorithm, or completely by random? Are some disqualified somehow? 

I don't have 31 helpful hints to contribute, so haven't posted everyday.

Mods- If this isn't an appropriate question or is being discussed in another spot, please advise. Cheers!

BIC did one of these last year but for lipstick instead of hair.  The winners were chosen randomly, I remember WinglessOne won a gift card.  I'm not sure whether the people who don't tag a product will be disqualified. The rules do say that you're supposed to tag a product. @MvLL
