I also noticed (aside from the change from kudoes to hearts) that the Live Chat feature appears to be up when you're browsing products - curious to see how it turns out!

@lachaton So far I think that its kinda nice.  If you're viewing a product and can maybe get a quick answer then its helpful.

@NotCrocker Yes, peer to peer! It's interesting so far. I'm not surprised, but it's mostly being used for CS type issues (where have reviews gone, questions about orders, whether a product is in stock at a certain store, questions about restocks of products, etc.) but I've been playing with it this morning and it seems to work okay.

Hahaha, whenever we go to hotels or local pubs we like to test their computer systems and alter their screens on them.  I think we've been maybe two places that actually changed their password from the default 1234.
