Cheese tea is a trend from Asia, and it's tea with a frothy cream cheese topping. Canada seems to be ahead of the United States, since articles about cheese tea only mention one restaurant in Queens. It's kind of like a matcha cheesecake in drink form!

Oh nice @txcatx!  Yeah not something you can eat all the time but something that you could get a craving for 😄  It is amazing drunk food. lol I remember going out in college and afterwards going to this dive where they sold poutine at like 3am... best ever! 😄 😄 😄

Hope you enjoy your time in Canada!  Oh BTW if you see a place that says beavertails (food) you need to try that as well. Sometimes it's like a fast food place in a mall or a cart but if you see any it's another thing to try 🙂

@veronika23 I went to a poutinerie yesterday! I don't think I could eat it regularly, but I see how it would be amazing drunk food! And Toronto temperatures totally felt like early spring to me.
