Thanks from me too, @KathrynBT!  My credit card got hacked (again!!), but I should have a new one soon and I plan to do some serious spending. Not having a card has induced shopping anxiety.

@RGbrown  I am so in tune with carbs, I made mac n cheese tonight without even knowing it was a holiday for it. I made it for the first time in my Instantpot- no kidding it only took a total of 25 minutes start to finish, in one pot.  It's not the same as baking it , but it was good for a quick dinner.
