I thought it would be funny to share with the party thread the stages of creating mermaid mail. (Told through the classic and endearing "The Little Mermaid")

STEPS TO PUTTING TOGETHER A MERMAID BOX:

1. Putting your box together always feels you need to overshare to everyone on BT what you are doing. Don't do it! The best part is the SURPRISE!

2. This last time I held my tounge and just consulted with @Mcakes for my mermaid's address. So to @Mcakes, thanks for keeping my secret!

3. Putting together your box takes time and patience. Some BTers go the local route and will shop at trade shops to give their box a unique feel. Others hunt online for that perfect gift. I'm one for sticking to a theme as well as trying to tailor the gifts to the recipient. (HINT- get sneaky and listen to what they post about. Most of the time they will drop huge clues about their likes!

Then.. as you find each of your components for your lovely recipient's mermaid box (this could apply to unicorn mail as well) and begin to finish .. You will all of the sudden be overcome with emotions like:

DANCING

HUGGING

AND EVEN KISSING A PRIMARK EMPLOYEE OR TWO!!! (How does that place stay so inexpensive???)

4. When your recipient receives their box you will truly hope they feel like their mermaid royalty. (B/c they truly are of course!!! 👑 🦄 👑 )

5. And oh and by the way, did you know that you achieve MAGICAL mermaid AND unicorn status participating in BT Unicorn & Mermaid Mail. If nothing else, it's a very fun thing to do that will truly brighten another BTers day!
