@Tamara76  It is kind of gross, looking at it now.  We've never owned a cat, but we live in an area that is popular for people to drop off their pets when they can no longer afford to take care of them, which happened a lot a few years ago (although I'm thinking the white goat I saw in front of our house when I came home one day two weeks ago was someone's pet!)

A stray cat, who obviously was domesticated, decided to park at our house.  That was one friendly cat; he would lay down outside one of our doors, and whenever he heard the door on the opposite side of the house open, he would run so fast he'd meet us before we even walked out of the house!  And, we got a few presents like those above. 🙂
