I have to add my favorite Ramen "recipe,"  which is to cut down on the liquid in the broth and add sour cream instead.

I just ate ramen a half hour ago! The fanciest I get is the addition of Sriracha. My boyfriend makes fun of me because I crave it allll the time. We'll have (and do right now) a fully stocked fridge and I will still choose to eat ramen.

I was thinking chili sauce would be good, the kind you put in Pho...

Do you put soy sauce in yours too? I swear I eat it just for the salty goodness of soy sauce. Sometimes I put frozen peas and carrots in with it too, if I am feeling fancy-pants.

It might sound weird, but it tastes so good when you put a piece cheese slice on top of ramen.

Has anyone tried ramen with American cheese? There's a New York Times article about it. I tried it once, and it was delicious, but the effects of the high sodium content weren't worth another try for me!

I like eating packaged ramen noodles in miso soup (so easy and tasty!), topped with an egg, scallions, and Japanese rice seasoning.

I used to eat it with American cheese when I was in high school. It's really good but you're right about the sodium content.
