Here are are my fluff babies DJ and Gunner (also called Lulu or Lou). They are mother and daughter. DJ is my baby and Gunner is a daddy's girl. They are approximately 9 years old and very spoiled!

@Lunaxtuna  You have a beautiful furry family! I’m not a cat person but I used to have 4 dogs at once. I’ve never been without a pup in my life. Now that I’m getting older my family wants me to consider not having two if/when one/both pass ;(

@ScottyL - Your family is being selfish and insensitive!  It's your life; you do what you want!  Not to mention research has shown that people with pets have lower blood pressure, less depression, and live longer.  I wouldn't know what to do if I didn't have a cat or two for company! 💖💖💖

This is my baby; Lila 🌸

She just passed away this past Friday suddenly, maybe due to the meds she was taking but… idk.

I just wanted to post and show her off.

I miss her terribly. 

She was only 10 years old and I’ve had her since she was 4 months. She was just a baby… 

Her absence is so hard to deal with. 
 
It’s the stranded food bowl in the corner, the socks she used to steal still in the hallway, the absent sound of her collar jingling, the lack of tippy taps on the tile floor from her nails, the solo barking of Isis when a squirrel darts across the lawn. 

It’s ridiculously hard to come to terms with but I’m grateful for the time I had with her. And I’m very grateful that I have a place to share this story. It weighs so heavily on my chest and sharing it here really helped. 

I dont mean to make anyone sad, I just want everyone to really cherish the moments and, maybe spend a little extra minutes with their fur babies, tell them you love them one extra time, take the scenic route when going for a walk, throw that ball or toy just a couple extra times. 

We all know our pets love us unconditionally, and I believe it’s only our responsibility to make sure that they know the same. 🥰

I’m so sorry for the loss of your sweet girl, she is adorable and I can tell you loved her very much and gave her a great life with you. She will always be with you and I hope the time eases your sadness, but i have been there, too, and I know it’s so hard to lose a beloved pet. ((Hugs)) 😢😢 @Yazziiie23
