Nature Walks and The Beautiful Outdoors photos 🌿🌷🏞

I love going on walks and if I'm lucky taking a few photos while I'm lost in nature. 🏞🌎🌺  Does anyone else enjoy that?

These are some of the views from a little walk today.

It was a beautiful day, the sun was shining but the breeze was cool. Everything smelt so fresh and we saw a few animals too. 😀

Usually when I go to nature, I take a mat with me to do sports right away. I recently read https://betterme.world/articles/rear-delt-calisthenics/ and I think I'll start doing sports more regularly. It's best for me to do it outdoors. That's why I'll also share photos of nature with you now.

We took a little road trip, and passed a lot of cotton fields.  It looked like there was a lot of litter on the side of the road, but it was actually cotton balls that had flown off their plants.

I've seen these plants up close, and picked some cotton off of their hulls.  They feel exactly like the cotton balls you buy at the store (because they are!) but these still have their tiny seeds inside.  The cotton balls are actually the fruit of the cotton plant, called the "cotton boll."

It was a little tricky to take a straight photo from the car. 😆

The snow + field are such a beautiful scene that’s amazing to come across! Especially when it’s freshly snowflakes love this ❤️ @Ispend2much6  I just reread and realized that’s not snow still so cool! 😎

It really does look like someone's just left a mess behind on the grass, but that's cotton from the plants? That's a really neat photo. 💚🩵

No filter, no edits, just a beautiful example of the seasons colors on our street with a giant red maple. 🍁❤️

We've been so lucky with a few days of warmer weather after a few weeks of chilly temps. I think the cold is coming back in a few days so we're happy to enjoy the sun and warmth for a little while longer here. 🌞

We were looking for the comet that begins with a T this evening, and became confused.

We saw what looked like a comet tail (it’s called an anti-tail for some reason right now,) traveling horizontally while a faint “star”?was traveling vertically through it.

Saw some sky news tonight and there were actually two comets visible tonight and I think I captured them both!

Either that or it’s a fancy cloud. See the fuzzy circular thing with a tiny tail? Comet number 2.

@CynthieLu  I think the horizontal cloud was a plane contrail after all. lol  But I did "catch" the comet!

This latest CME was a doozy- we had northern lights in the south!  I wonder if I've accidentally missed them earlier this year, because they aren't visible here with the naked eye; with my eyes they only look like slightly discolored or lighter clouds.  However, view them with your smartphone camera, and this is what you get!!! 

On another note, this is the only thing that was on my bucket list; what does that mean??? 😆

They were visible for over an hour; one burst after another.  It was crazy!  And it was so hard to stop- just as hard as it is to stop picking blueberries- I always want to pick "just one more."

Took an overhead shot and this is what showed up- bright red with constellations clear as day!

Last night we had them to, thou we get them very rarely it's not unheard of. I am so impressed that the show of lights happened so far south. 💜🖤
