I love going on walks and if I'm lucky taking a few photos while I'm lost in nature. 🏞🌎🌺  Does anyone else enjoy that?

It was a beautiful day, the sun was shining but the breeze was cool. Everything smelt so fresh and we saw a few animals too. 😀

@CorgiMommy  Thanks me too!  Our moisture comes from the south mostly, and with it the warmer air.  Not looking good for this winter.

I remember as a kid, studying it on the windows sometimes in the winter. The patterns were mesmerizing 🩵❄️

I don't go out walking much when the weather gets freezing here. ( It's so hard on my skin 💙) I miss nature walking season but we make do with little outings like this one today. We went sledding, were warming up but the day started below -22 celsius. So we wore many many layers to keep warm.

Gotta love the view but I didn't stop for any scenic photos, just snapping shots of my boy sledding down the hills. 😄🛷❄️💙

I'm kidding a bit, I love the snow. There only thing I struggle with are the days and weeks the temperatures drop below -20. My skin does not agree with freezing 🥶 and it turns my cheeks into a dry red mess. 😅

It totally was! Sledding is so fun. @Ispend2much6 For a short time they tried to ban it here. (It does have its dangers right?) But the powers that be decided we were allowed, and now the sledding bans are over. 🥳

@CynthieLu  We live in a flat area; literally no hills, except for the huge one at a park that was built on top of a trash heap. 
I was so sad when sledding was banned there; poor kids! And yet, they have a mini skateboard area there.🤷‍♀️

I can't even say when they brought it back here, I feel we just kept doing it year after year as a community, and they let it go. None of us were down to have the kids not enjoy thier winter games. @Ispend2much6

Went for a couple of long local walks with my parents this weekend (trying to work off some of those Thanksgiving calories lol), which was really nice! Today on our walk I rescued this Wood Frog from the road. 🐸

It didn't seem injured, just sluggish from the cold, so hopefully it will make it!
