Ipsy bag--is it it good for everyone?

I know everyone seems to love the Ipsy Glam bag, but I'm not sure if it's worth it for everyone. Are the products only good for certain skin tones? (i.e. if you got a foundation, etc. it could be way off your skin tone) Do any of you guys have experience with this?

you customize your profile so for the most part the products fit you...something things don't always work though.
