Help - I can't save my info

I try to save the info in my profile, but when i click on save button the whole information I put before is empty someone help 😞

Is there also a DONE space up in the corner to press? My eye color wouldn't stay so I changed it from grey to green and that worked for me. Hope any of this helps!!!!
