Happy New Years! What are your resolutions for 2025? 🎇🎆

Happy New Years everyone! 🥳 🥂

With 2024 is coming to a close I wonder what everyone has on thier resolution list for 2025?

I think every year being more active is on my to do list, but this year I want to set some real goals and maybe get some inspiration and input for everyone here on BIC. Maybe writing it down will help us stay on track. 😉

What are you hoping to accomplish in 2025? Do you set resolutions for yourself, what have you been thinking? 🤔💕

So I came up with a few new resolutions ideas for this year,

• Finish two books I've been reading 📚 
• Exercise 3 times a week
• Learn something new 😀

But I might add to this list, it's not finished yet. 

 

Tagging a few community members to chime maybe with some of thier resolution ideas for 2025 but anyone is welcome to share and contribute in any way they like.

@Shosh85 - It is in my state too, along with wearing a seat belt, using your turn signal when changing lanes/exiting/turning, and turning on your lights when you use your windshield wipers during the day (during inclement weather, not using washer fluid), but that doesn't stop people from not doing these things! 😖

@Shosh85 happy new year!  The driving one is a great resolution wush more people made that one.  I hope this year you find the perfect house to buy.

I don't know if everyone experiences as bad of drivers as I do, but in my city it's really bad. People speeding, swerving, on their phone, tailgating, not using turn signals, cutting me off, running red lights, not merging correctly, ignoring stop signs, going 10 mph under the speed limit.... the list goes on!
I'm just trying to be more in control/more patient of how I react to them, but it's hard, especially when I drive everyday and see the same crap everyday. ☹️

Happy New Year everyone 🥂

A few BIC-specific things on my list:

• Get better at accessing & posting on BIC
• Tighten up my No/Low Buy
• Get outside of my day-to-day makeup rut (may go back to my one month one palette for this)
• Keep in better contact with my BIC loves! - Seeing you all once a year is simply not enough. For those of you I'm connected to outside of BIC I will be trying to be more present/engaging across those spaces 🧡

@ElleElleG Happy New Year! Great goals. It is always nice to see you on BIC (and in person). I like your idea to use one palette per month. It sounds like it could help with Pan It! - 2024 Challenge . That is something I want to do. I don't think I have ever hit pan on an eyeshadow. You are an inspiration!

@ElleElleG, girl, you are one of the best at being realistic about setting and keeping to a no/low buy! I thought "tighten" it up even more, but I know you can will do it!

Happy New Year @ElleElleG! Love these BIC goals! I feel like there are a lot of people worth on no buy/low buy! That's such a hard one - especially when there's always something new and exciting coming out!

One palette-one month is such a great idea! I might have steal that goal! 😉 👍

Great resolutions @ElleElleG. I also need to work on a low-buy. I also have had a lot of trouble accessing BIC. I've been able to get on a little better the last month, but it's due to a nonsensical workaround that seems to work for me.

@PrettyPaint it's pretty frustrating and it has absolutely deterred me from getting on as much as I'd like. Hoping we see a permanent fix in 2025 🤞
