Forgot to add apartment number !

hey Sephora, so I forgot to add my apartment number on my package but it has already shipped. I talked to customer service 2 times and I got different answers, what happens with my package when it’s delivered ,so I pick it up at my front office ? help pleaseee ! @@Sephora

@janeeer @Can you contact the shipping company? You might have to pay to update your address or maybe you can have it held at their location for pick up instead.
