Can we trust Sephora to use our points 🤔

Anyone getting items when you use your points? Kinda scared to use them cause the samples don’t arrive with orders. I’m not going through years of purchases to give y’all my order numbers customer service minions. So don’t ask again…

I never have issues when redeeming points. They are also great to use on digital events (100 pts). After the event, they send you Sephora swag and deluxe samples from the brand hosting the event. 🙂

@Anonymous   I have always received items I ordered with my points. I agree that the samples have been erratic lately, but I've never had an issue with points rewards. My opinion is that you can trust Sephora in this regard.
