Can I Wear Ballet Flats in The Winter?

I did it. I had the solid black ballet flats which were so comfortable. I bought some leopard print ones to add them to my shoe collection. They are so comfy. I put some black tights and a black skirt with them. Do you think this will work in the winter or not?This Look for Winter?
