I know a few of us share a passion for crystals and jewelry as well as makeup so thought I would start a thread on this. Share your stash, finds, whatever!
@makeitup305 thank you! They are some of my favorites.
I know that buying jewelry from major retailers is very accessible and there are often sales but I just want to remind everyone that there are tons of designers selling handmade pieces in small shops and on sites like Etsy
Agreed! I have a really pretty set made with Uranium glass beads from a local maker. I collect uranium glass pieces. I love how they glow under UV light.
Nordstrom...originally $30 got it for $16 and change
I was so excited to see the sale that I didn't check the thickness of the chain. Definitely not thick enough for me. However, I was totally willing to keep it. BUT, the knot is asymmetrical and I found that distracting. I do like asymmetry but it needs to work and this didn't. The snake chain reminds me of snake and Omega chains my BBFs mom wore in the 80s. We'd dress up in them. My BFF and her mom had exceptional taste. My mom had good taste, too - but even she sd she learned a lot from my friend's mom.
Dome ring from Temu
@Titian06 I agree! It was like $1.50! I've seen various dome/croissant/shrimp rings but they weren't quite right, the price was too high, the quality was too low or whatever. My friend had an exquisite 14k when we were children that had been in her family and I measure all to that one.
Apparently Jacqueline Susann had a nice one, and she was so generous that when a friend complimented her on it she took it off her hand and gave it to her.

Pretty bracelets, @greeneyedgirl107, but sorry you have to take them back.
These bracelets are so pretty, @greeneyedgirl107 ! 😍
