This is a thread for us to share the enjoyment of the winter holiday season.  There's magic in the air this time of year, so let's spread it around.  Post as often as you'd like, and feel free to offer your own prompts.

December 1: Hallmark movies (and similar): love 'em or leave 'em?

December 2: Favorite holiday desserts (candy, sweet treats, drinks, etc.)?

Dec 8: what kind of 🍪 for 🎅?

Homemade short bread cookies with red and green sprinkles and candied cheeries 😄 cut out in fun shapes, like candy canes and sliegh's

@CynthieLu  Yum!  How do you use the cherries to decorate?  I haven't baked yet, so could use the inspiration. 🙂

@Ispend2much6  You can cut then in half or into very tiny pieces depending on what you want then to look like. I can usually find candied red and green cherries this time of year 😄

I do a soft gingerbread cookie that is pretty great this time of year.  I think it's the most 'christmasy' for the big fella!

December 2: Favorite holiday desserts (candy, sweet treats, drinks, etc.)?  Gingerbread.

December 3: If you won $100 dollars, what beauty item would you run out and gift yourself? I'd probably put it towards some Lisa Eldridge cosmetics.

December 4: Best thing about snow?  It's so pretty!

December 5: What winter drinks do you enjoy?  (Hot chocolate, tea, cocktails...) Mulled cider.

December 7: What movies and TV are on your watch list?  And which ones do you skip?  We watch a lot of classics, and always Elf.

December 8: If Santa were to visit your house, what cookies would you leave out?  The ones I don't like.  😂  He gets plenty; they mean more to me than to him.
