best blinding highlighter

I want a new highlight, but i need a BLINDING, GLITTERY 2016 one! I know about the fenty but im looking for others any recommendations

MOONDUST!! i know it’s a shadow but i’ve tried using it as a highlighter and love it so much. also if you can get your hands on Becca cosmetics highlighter they’re so good. i have Vanilla quartz i believe it’s called and i love it so much. always find myself going back to it. I also love the Rare beauty highlighters too!
