Why does my foundation crack ?

okay , I love doing my makeup but I have a big issue and I don’t know what to do . when I apply my primer and do my normal makeup routine within 30 min the foundation starts to crack , I get cracks everywhere . I thought it was the foundation but I found that when I don’t use any primer my foundation doesn’t crack as bad but I break out really bad . what do I do ? I have super oily skin and I have no idea what primer would be good .

@Mydra Could be that your skin is dry as well. So maybe make sure you have moisturized before priming and makeup application. Ole Henriksen has their C-Rush Brightening Gel Crème which works wonders for my skin. Also, Tatcha’s Water Cream is super moisturizing!

@Mydra I'm wondering if your primer and foundation don't work well together... Maybe try a different type of primer, I line to use  tarte Timeless Smoothing Primer 0.5 oz/ 14.2 g and I never have issues with foundation separating
