What is the best primer for Fenty Foundation?

Hi, so I've been in love with fenty foundation but I'm looking for a good primer. I've been using the ordinary's primer with it, but I just recently heard that you're not supposed to mix silicone with non silicone. I tend to have very oily combination skin. what would be the best primer to combat this?
