mocha, this lip color is just perfection on you. love st lucia as well.  i think this is such a simple but truly beautiful "every day" look. 

is it my imagination or have you been having a little bit of a re-love affair with the shiseido lacquer rouges lately ?

they've never left my radar though i never ended up purchasing any.

Thanks Jem!  I've been trying to get my hands on St Lucia since it came out, but it was worth the wait.  I've never been a huge fan of the regular multiples, but I quite like these illuminating ones.

You are definitely not imagining it, lol!  As it has gotten warmer I've been craving glossy color without lip gloss feel.  The lacquer rouges are excellent for that.  in fact, yesterday I cashed in some points at our local beauty chain and got 3 more 😉

I have not... it was a recent purchase.  I almost didn't buy it because when swatched side by side it looks nearly identical to Sunburn, but the color on looks different enough that I'm happy to have both 😉

I found it a little difficult, but Mocha gave me a good tip. Instead of applying the stick to my face use my fingers. The color is gorgeous, I can't wait to wear it again! 🙂

I love the color, but it was weird to apply. At first I thought maybe there was a film on the top because it didn't seem to be transferring to my face.
