Thank you @KehDee ❤️ I found it in clearance while out shopping for gifts last month.  $14.99 and they only had one size (thankfully for once the planets were aligned and it was my size).  That rarely happens.

Thank you @ather ❤️ I really loved this icy look.  It was fun to create.  This customer has been in before not often but I don’t think she’s all there.  Crusty, salty, impatient, confused, but not as bad as she was earlier this week.  Kindness goes further.

Thank you @Sunnysmom ❤️, my sympathies if you had to go through stuff like that.  You can’t go in a store and take something but refuse to pay for it until later.  Lol 😂 I was definitely shocked that she was mad at us for refusing.

That is a good one @2manyperfumes ! 🤣Like a long time ago when people supposedly bought stuff “on credit” on a piece of paper?! Oh my. Lol. Having worked retail / wholesale is why I could never leave a fitting room full of clothes or not on hangers etc. And being rude to any salesperson is not an option! ( getting off soapbox now!)

And good grief, I hope that customer’s week has improved since your experience with her. I understand how dealing with a funeral can greatly affect one’s temperament, so I feel for her. But good for you for telling her she shouldn’t take her frustration out on you and your coworker.
