Alright, guys; here's one more for today because I just applied my new BITE lipstick in 'Cava' that I picked up today. I'm working on my dead girl look. I wish it had come out more cool-toned and pale on me, but my lips are so rosy and pigmented... Anyone know of a lip primer that works well and can help lipsticks stay true to color? Also, this Benefit Roller Lash mascara does absolutely nothing different to my lashes than any other mascara. I will say that I liked the wand and it made application easy and my lashes are soft to the touch.

This look is utterly gorgeous because your natural beauty is always so arresting and breathtaking! I love the pink-nude on your lip; it's sassy and seductive! I'm disappointed that you don't find Rollerball too special, as I was planning to invest in it, since I always have such issues with getting my lashes to curl up. As for neutralizing natural lip color, I have to do this too, since my lips are naturally very pink; I usually use concealer to lose every trace of color. At the modelling agency where my mom used to be director, I was advised to use a lip pencil in a neutral shade, but frankly this took too long (and I'm not a person with a lot of patience)! You look stunning, BTW! 🙂

Thank you, ballerina! Yes, I've been on a few sets where my lip color was done with a concealer first, but it just makes the makeup look and feel so thick and heavy after that. I'm hoping to find something that wears and looks more natural but still offers the color-correction that I am looking for. Thanks for chiming in about your experiences; I'm definitely going to try out all of these suggestions!
