Oh gosh, yes. Baths are possibly my favorite thing ever. I try to make time to have one every week.

Ugh, I wanted to BE Liza Minnelli so badly after first seeing her interpretation of Sally. What I wouldn't give to see the production on Broadway!

she was unreal in that role--and she was the one that came up with her entire iconic "look" in the film--from the lashes to the haircut to the nails--and it's just brilliant. but i'm not sally bowles. i'm the emcee !! joel grey, or the other love of my life alan cumming. i saw it on broadway last august, the entire mezzanine was set up like a proper cabaret and i sat at a table against the stage. alan "talked" to me the whole time--as i imagine he does to whomever is sitting in the spot i was in, but still--and said very naughty things to me that i can't repeat here. but i can say it was one of my prouder moments/encounters !!

haha vaashtii...the bowie thing--while he is my hero/favorite/whathaveyou--is also just kind of a self deprecating joke i play now. when i first started posting here, it didn't take people long at all to figure out i was a mega fan; between bowie coffee mugs in the background of pics or subtle lyrical references i only half consciously was making. 😉

i'd love you to try out annabella, it's a warmer red (though not orangey) so it's different than your usually cooler toned reds i know you love (like bette and charlotte). i find it really brightens my face when i wear it.

Today, I did a look inspired by Cara Delevingne! She's so beautiful and natural-I just couldn't resist!

1. I lightly concealed with my Nars concealer and my Tarte Smooth Operator powder.
2. I used a camel shadow from lash line to brow and underneath of my eyes, and then a taupe in the crease.
3. I used a dark taupe shadow for my brows and liner, along with my Anastasia Brow Wiz and Gimme Brow for my brows.
4. I applied the Benefit Ready, Set, Gorgeous foundation on my lips to neutralize them.
5. I applied my Too Faced Better Than Se* and BareMinerals waterproof topcoat on my lashes.

Voila!
