That's cause I have like 0 pigment in my lips.  Lipsticks tend to show up true to colour on me as a result.  I don't mind, no weird surprises.  

Looks like the beach is out of the question right now.  I guess steak is the next best summery thing.  Gonna do that instead!

This is way bolder than I’m used to. (Laughable, I know) Still really self conscious with bold-ish makeup, but practice makes perfect right? 

Fiancé picked out Vera for me, which I was surprised about because I rarely wear bold lips. (NARS Dolce Vita and Buxom Sinful Cinnamon is my go-to)

Someday I'll be confident enough to pull this off outside! 

That being said, I really love Smokey Suedes now 🙂 

Always wanted to practice smoky eyes, and this palette just compels you to try smoky
