It's basically just silver glitter in a clear base; it was available over the holidays in a set with a mascara, but I don't see it anymore. I've seen a few brands make one over the years (Butter and YSL come to mind), but can't think of any available right this second...they tend to be short lived products for some reason. They're a lot of fun though if you can snag one at some point ✨✨
