Today was my first day of fall berry tones! Sadly, the lip had to be toned down for work but it left a great stain 🙂

New Marc Jacobs palette on eyes, a few colours I can't remember

Maybelline gel eyeliner gray

Marc Jacobs blow on lips with Korres lip butter in jasmine.

I love how pretty Blow is once it's been toned down. Mine has been neglected since it's more stark than I often look for, so I will have to give it a try again. Beautiful!

It's it's definitely worth it, even if you tone it down even more, the stain last forever!

What is it with "work" and red lipstick?!?

I know, right! What even is "natural" makeup anymore? Although, none of the girls I work with wear any more than mascara so even in my "natural" coloured makeup I sometimes feel overdone.

Do you have trouble with how Blow wears? I love the shade but it wears off so patchy on me. My other MJ shades don't do that so I'm not sure if it's just the shade or if I got a dud.

I have the smaller one from last years holiday set, i find I have to add a gloss and blend the colour in with my finger. It applies patchy from the tube so I've never worn it alone. It's definitely a formula/ pigment issue but can be worked around.

That's what I have too - the small one. I hadn't tried it with a gloss...I'll give that a go next time! Thanks for the tip 🙂 It looks gorgeous on you. Definitely a nice fall color.
