I have difficulty with blues as well.  They're REALLY hard for me to pull off, and even for the people who can, I always suspect the look would have looked better with different colors.  Not here!  This is excellent.  And, yes, very Twiggy-esque.

Thanks!  They are wonderful.  Today I mixed two drops in with my foundation and I love the glow it gives all over.  I was unsure at first whether to get Celestial or Moonlight, but I think I prefer the silver-pink tones of Celestial with my complexion.  But, I've definitely been won over.  They're certainly worth the rave reviews they've garnered.

Haha, I hear ya about the setting spray @Haleyhale. I've worked in some seriously greasy diners and have learned that full coverage foundation is just NOT an option.
