I did not wear this for long enough to test the change in wear time, but "slide right off" is not accurate for this. I would say it definitely affected the "transfer-proof" nature of the Ultra Mattes, but not horribly; the overall texture was more like a normal lipstick. Some transfer, wear, etc., but also some staying power still.

Haha thanks. The elevator in my apartment building is only lit from the ceiling, so if you turn your face up at it the lighting's pretty good, if still very yellow/indoorsy.

haha i have no idea. eyeryone seems to hate them so much and i hope that never happens to me! i like them. i can't tell if they are drying or not because my lips are always dry anyway.

i will say this: once it is set, there is very little color transfer. no gross lipstick stains on my burrito, my boyfriend, or even my water bottle! i wouldn't wear it for long days, but a short (2-4hr) outing or work shift would suit it nicely. 🙂

Paperwork-signing face for a job offer I accepted this morning. The pay is laughably low so I don't expect to stay there long-term, but 1) it's relevant experience, and 2) after six weeks of freelancing I'm getting antsy to dress nice and show up regularly somewhere with a consistent paycheck again. I talked it down to a part-time position, though, so I can keep my more lucrative freelance gigs and continue exploring other options in the meantime. Crossing my fingers for the other job I'm interviewing for on Tuesday!
