Now, I normally toss my look books into a box to give to my little cousin who is new to makeup and just finished modeling school. My boyfriend was helping me clean my office when he saw this box, and on top of it (since I just received the palette not too long ago), the Too Faced look book. He saw the one grey/teal eyelook and enthusiastically asked me to try it because "it would look so sexy." So this is my attempt to appease him. I, quite frankly, dislike look books as a whole. But, whatever. This is my take on their grey/teal look (I don't know what they call it or the exact shades they used; I just took my best swing at it from memory.. One thing was for certain, though, they used Earl Grey). So, here you go.

In some other news; I got my color remover. It's from the same company that made this blue dye that won't bleach out, won't succumb to hot water and fade like normal well behaved dye, and is even immune to color stripper. So, this weekend, I get to run that 3 step treatment to hopefully lighten the dye enough by the end of March so I can put in my pastels..

Through some stroke of odd luck, Nars sent me some stuff to play with through Instagram. I received a gloss in a color I would never think to wear or even consider buying. Its Provoked from the Steven Klein line. I tried it on today and I actually kinda like it! Thoughts? Keep or pass on (probably to my sister)? 🙂

I actually love it! It wouldn't be a shade I'd ever pick up either but I think it works really well with your skin tone and hair color. I'm loving the point in your brows. Try as I might, mine just don't want to be anything but blah plain.
