I had a little bit of a flare up on my eye lid, again. The dermatologist said that this could happen as part of the healing process and to just put some cream on it and go about my day as usual. In theory, part of the problem is that I use synthetic brushes which can scratch the skin.. I want to say "more harshly" but I don't know if that makes sense.. Than normal hair bristles. So, I guess I should probably be looking into the CF Goss and Hakuhodo lines... Blargh. In any case, I tactfully avoided the agitated areas without making it obvious I did so. A barely there pink fest.

Olivia. A sparkly mid-toned, albeit cool, pink color. Love it.

Completely random, but.. Unless those are contacts, you and I have the same type of Heterochromia...

Central Heterochromia. The inner ring is a different color than the rest of your iris. Eggs Benedict Cucumber Batch has this variation as well.

It's a fun one. Heterochromia comes in so many variations, it's not really as rare as some people think.

The complete name of the mutation is Heterochromia Iridis which I find just has that extra kick when you say it. The variations being complete, sectoral, and central. Complete and sectoral can be both acquired or genetic. Central is always genetic.
