this eye look started one place and went somewhere else

i have my usuals on, but on my eyes i have: NARS velvet shadow stick in aigle noir, NARS duo bellissima--the darker color, MUFE artist shadow in auburn. then BOBBI BROWN long wear eyeliner, GUERLAIN maxi lash so volume mascara, and the new-to-me CLINIQUE just browsing brow mousse in black brown on my brows. i think i realllly like it.

on lips is MAC spice lip liner + lipstick in velvet teddy

Thank you ! I used to hate velvet teddy on me, I found it too orangey, but now I've figured out what to pair it with and its now a dear staple !

I love the Clinique Brow Mousse too!!

reminds me of the benefit gimme brow but cheaper.

I noticed that many of the bad reviews for it were people who felt it was too pricey for the size, but for under $20 I felt it was a steal ! Not that I have tons of money (I don't) in just cynical about cosmetic prices I suppose. And I think the people who thought there wasn't enough product don't know how to use it--a little goes a long way, and you don't want the mousse drying up before you get a chance to use it.

How do you like the NARS shadow stick?  I purchased one a few years ago, and it was a creasy mess.  I love the idea, but I'm curious if the formula is any better.

I've had no creasing problems (though I've only tried it with the nars eye primer underneath). What you tried was probably the soft pencil things ? These are new--I can't speak for all the colors but I've been liking this a lot so far....
