I don't know if it needs to be a nighttime color, but maybe it might need a cooler toned blush?

Thanks Mocha!! Will have to see what I can do. Guimauve is a cooler tones pink, though light. I didn't wear a foundation (just my tinted moisturizer. I was lazy and it's so hot here), so my natural cheek color (which is warmer, reddish coral) is coming through.

I love Guimauve.  My only wish is if it would show up on my skin a tiny bit more.

I wonder how Stavros might look with a purply blush like Pansy Pop or Bittersweet?  Or maybe something taupe-ish like Douceur...?  I'm just babbling 😄

No you're not babbling at all - this is extremely helpful! Funny enough, I went to Sephora to pick up pansy pop, and swatched it at the same time as some Surratt blushes. I opted for Guimauve in it's place (as well as Se Pomponner from Surratt). Though I remember that I hesitated for a few days before making a purchase, and may have confused what was on my arm :/.

Is Douceur by NARS? Google tells me it is discontinued :/.

I'm actually interested in trying some of the UD blushes - have been wanting to pick up the Urban Decay sample that Sephora is offering (hello bold pink and purple) but haven't made a purchase yet (I should probably do that while i can still get the sample).
