I’m headed to the gym but decided to try out a new CC cream by Sweet LeiLani. It’s a Langley based brand and I love local fare. it contains green tea, grape seed and rose hip oil. The lightest shade Seashells is slightly too light on me but I evened things out with a MAC minieraize skin finish in medium:). It’s nice and thin on so far but we’ll see how it holds up to a good sweat session. TOM FORD Extreme Lip Spark Lipstick

@Cissy63 Very few do hold up. Oilier and more dense foundations tend to do better but I seldom wear those. Thank you. It’s Dior lip maximizer with Tom Ford lip Spark.

@Saradestin It didn’t hold up well to sweating. It was patchy around my inner cheeks. Nothing noticeable unless you’re looking for it but I was looking for it. It may work better for me if I mix it with the next shade up. I’ll try it without the sweat session and see if that changes anything.

Well, it is difficult to survive a good sweaty training session @heartsmyface , I would have been surprised if it had held up well to it 😁.

@Saradestin Off the top of my head the Shiseido Prior base holds up well with sweating with no extra help. I do have Stop The Sweat Primer by Alcone Company but it’s not the best for your skin. It’s excellent for when you’re going out and know you’ll be dancing hard or for stage performing when you want to keep the makeup in tact. The gym isn’t the place for it.

@CookieGirl1 Thanks! This is why I find it so hard to let go of products when they’re not a perfect colour match. I prefer when I don’t have to work at it, but I know I can make most products work with a little mixing.
