A place to say thank you, provide reviews and first impressions, or follow up on gratis received after more use!

Many of us have been very lucky to receive gratis (thanks Sephora!), and I’ve been finding that while it’s easy to initially post about receiving it and initial reviews, it’s not as easy to follow up! 

I thought maybe we could have a dedicated thread to follow-ups and reviews with products we’ve received after we’ve been using them for a while, especially because it’s sometimes hard to find the original thank you and first impressions threads.

Thank you again @TeamBIC for allowing me to try out the new brushes. 

Thoughts so far on the Sephora Pro Shadow brushes:

I've used both the pro shadow brushes (14 and 15) several times now, and I am also enjoying them very much. I find them both to be very soft and gentle on the lid area, but they are still very effective at packing on shadow. The Pro Shadow #14 I have used primarily to apply shadow to the lid as well as above the crease. I've mainly used #15 for more precise lid application lower on the lid. I believe the #15 is a smaller version of #14 for the most part.

I'm really impressed with how well they do at applying my metallic and shimmery eye shadows. Sometimes I have trouble getting shimmers to appear sufficiently pigmented without using my fingertips, but the density of these brushes seems to easily allow me to pack them on thickly for a nice pigmented/vivid look.

I also received the new Sephora Pro brushes (thank you SO much, @TeamBIC and Sephora) and I'm definitely excited to try them out.  My brush collection is fairly small and I have ironically been looking at new brushes to purchase recently so this was a lovely surprise and a great opportunity.  Just looking at them I think I'm most excited about the eye brushes.  I can't wait to use them all!  I went ahead and washed them this afternoon and will plan to start using them tomorrow.  Totally appreciate the gratis and feel very blessed :).

*Also, the little bags that they came in are going to be perfect for travel!
